Entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable & compassionate. They are always concerned about the patient's comfort or discomfort level. They also explain exactly what they are doing. For me, one of their best qualities is they see you on time! I would highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend Gwinnett Family Dental! They staff is very nice and pleasant. They work with your insurance and also set up a payment plan to assist me. They are open on Saturdays which is great for me and I donw have fo miss work. I had a few dental procedures with Dr.Jon and he makes you feel so comfortable. He is very gentle and nice.

Arrived to my appointment early was seen tight away. The dental office was nice, warm and friendly. My hygienist was very personable and professional. She provided me with exceptional service.
The girl who cleaned my teeth was very nice; even came out to tell me she would be with me shortly. Very thorough and explained things. The dentist who came in was also very nice.
