I had need of emergency tooth extraction on a weekend. As a first time patient with them they were able to quickly determine the tooth could not be saved and performed the procedure immediately. All questions regarding the process were answered- which were many- and things went exactly as stated. The Dr. performing the procedure was very patient as the condition of the tooth made pulling it more painful and difficult than what may be expected. I was very happy with all the kind friendly people that I met my first time at your Dental Office. The surroundings were very neat and clean and from my check in to check out very helpful and friendly. Many thanks to Dr. Green for her kindness and seeing me on such short notice.
Today was my first time visiting Gwinnett Family Dental Care, and I had a great visit. The office is very clean, and the staff was pleasant and prompt. My dental hygienist was friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. She made the visit more enjoyable. The doctor was also kind and had a good sense of humor.
I would like to commend your dental assistant, her name is Myrna. She did a terrific job in preparing and building my temporary crown. I always ask for Dr. Green as my dentist which she is my favorite and now Myrna is my preferred dental assistant.
