I, once again, really enjoyed my cleaning experience with my hygienist, Kim. She's very personable and professional. As I told her during the cleaning, I always know I can relax as she does her thing.
I have been living near this dental office about 12yrs so that should be a clue of how great they take care of patients. A toothache brought me here and thankfully this office accepts my insurance. Everyone from the receptionist to the staff checking you out. Provided great customer service which is unheard these days. My dentist and the hygienist were both pleasant and made sure I was comfortable. This will be my dentist office going forward.
Unlike many I have always enjoyed going to the dentist and now I absolutely it. The staff is always so friendly and they know me when I walk in and I cannot say enough about Dr. Kent - amazing personality and great work!

I had been competing with sore gums all week. This morning when I woke up they were swollen and unbearable. I called 10 different dentists, and each one would not allow me to come in for a walk in appointment. When I called Gwinnett Family they instantly took me in. I called at 9:30 am and I had a appointment at 10:30am. I got there at 10:30 sharp. There was paperwork that need to be filled out as a new patient so that took some time.
