Everyone was welcoming and professional. They worked my emergency visit in in only one hour.. I could not be any more pleased.
My six-year-old son had a dental emergency on the weekend (when most dental offices are closed). Thankfully Gwinnett Family Dental Care was open and made time to see my son. (Praise God!) My husband and I were anxious because our son is scared of needles, but our son did fine because Dr. Beck was so tender and caring. We are so grateful to Dr. Beck and the team at Gwinnett Family Dental Care.
Emily was awesome! Your team made me felt like I was there to be taken care of vs a business transaction(how I felt at other dental practices).
Issue with chipped tooth; Dr. gave best case (crown) and worse case (root canal) to resolve issue. Clear indication of time for procedure. Since.there was no immediate pain there was no pressure to immediately have procedure done. Clear cost breakdown for both cases and option to split payment if needed. This is 2nd time in as many years coming with issue and the office has been accommodating and have taken care of me each time.
Having been with the same dentist for over 30 years I was quite anxious about seeing someone different. Dr. Green put all my anxieties to rest. She is a truly qualified professional with a gentle demeanor and touch. I appreciate how she explained everything during my procedures. I will recommend her highly and remain her patient for the long term.
My appointment was on time and I am satisfied with results.
My hygienist Kim was very pleasant and nice. I had a great first visit to Gwinnett Family Dental Care. Dr Jason was very thorough as well, he actually showed concern for me as a patient.
Excellent cleaning and the filling was a breeze with the Dentist.
