When I saw that Dr. Bethel was back in Benton, I was excited to make an appointment with him since he had been my dentist in years past. However, after calling to place an appointment, I will definitely be looking for a different dentist in Benton. After discussing dates/times with whomever I spoke to on the phone, she wouldn’t give me any appointments for the first of the year stating “I would lose my insurance benefits.” I stated that I would look into the dates since I would have to discuss missing work with my boss. Staff is so friendly. Gets to know you as a person. I’m very scared of going to dentists. Dr. Fulk’s office makes sure you don’t feel any pain. If you need gas & a shot to be comfortable that is what you get. The dental hygienist uses a neat trick so you don’t feel the shot either. I had a difficult procedure done and Dr. Fulk called that evening to check on me. Everyone very professional.

Great dentist and all his staff. Used to not like going to the dentist. I recommend this dentist office to anyone that wants a great dentist with great staff.
First time visit. Check in process was fast and easy. Dental assistant was very informative on everything that was going on. Dr Fulk was very professional and very personable. Great experience
Really great experience....no pain....no overbooked cattle proding .beautiful office, professional staff and state of the art equipment!!
The customer service at Fulks Family Dentistry is top notch. The staff is welcoming and takes a genuine interest in you as a person as well as a patient. Dr. Fulks and his hygienist take what can very easily be a stressful situation for some (me!) and make sure you are relaxed and informed. I highly recommend the clinic for your dental needs.
Everybody that works there is very nice and well spoken. The staff answer questions you may have with no problem. I recommend them to anyone that needs a good, caring dentist.
