When I saw that Dr. Bethel was back in Benton, I was excited to make an appointment with him since he had been my dentist in years past. However, after calling to place an appointment, I will definitely be looking for a different dentist in Benton. After discussing dates/times with whomever I spoke to on the phone, she wouldn’t give me any appointments for the first of the year stating “I would lose my insurance benefits.” I stated that I would look into the dates since I would have to discuss missing work with my boss.
