The front desk staff that does the billing (Lisa) is extremely fake, she has made up lies and they are so money hungry that they wont fix something that they messed up!! AFTER being out over $1500, my husband's crown fell off within 7 months. This office, after agreeing with the other dentist that refused to fix it, still wanted to try, but wanted an additional $600. My older son is a terrible dental patient! He had to have several cavities filled and some work done on his gums. Dr. Bethel and his staff were very patient with him. Answered his many questions and really took their time with him. They were also very easy to work with when scheduling his follow up appointment around his college classes. I highly recommend Bethel Smiles!
We came to Bethel Smiles due to some things going on with my dentist. I was treated like I had been with Bethel Smiles for years. I have had some trouble with my teeth and needing braces. He was so helpful and got me what I needed in an orthodontist and has keep up through my journey. The braces are now off and he will be handling all my dental needs.
