I have serious anxiety when it comes to dentists. The whole crew did an amazing job keeping me calm and getting all my work done in 1 visit. Highly recommended!

Lisa went out of her way to make sure that my wife and I were alright and was wonderful to us! Amber was a delight and made us feel like we had been friends and customers for years! I was looking for a new dentist, and definitely found one. The entire staff is wonderful. I wasn’t just a patient, they wanted to make sure I was good and comfortable through the whole procedure!! Awesome experience!
If there could be no stars this is what the front desk receptionist Lisa deserves at this office. Dr. Bethel I am sorry you are the best dentist I've had in a while, your techs are so welcoming, and when it comes to working with you my hat is off to only you, but Ms. Lisa is a horrible customer service advisor. Dr Bethel and his entire staff are awesome! I called and they got me in the same day. I am very happy with the care I received. I definitely recommend dr Bethel and his staff.
Lisa that works front desk is horrible. Dr. Bethel is awesome and does a great job. Lisa needs to learn to be kind and more professional. She is just a very rude inconsiderate individual. I will not be going back. I dont have time for individuals like her. Negative people ruin things for others.

Teeth turned out okay. But remember to ALWAYS KEEP YOUR RECIEPTS FOR EVERY PAYMENT YOU MAKE TO THEM. LISA WILL FAST TALK YOU AND TRY TO OVER CHARGE YOU OVER WHAT YOU REALLY OWE! AND ALWAYS ACT LIKE SHE SO BUSY BUT NEVER TOO BUSY TO CALL YOU BEFORE BUSINESS HOURS ABOUT A MISSED PAYMENT AND NEVER RETURN YOUR PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS.
