As an emergency I wasn't sure what to expect--certainly not the excellent care which I received! From staff to dentist everyone was nice, professional and reassuring. I have a mouth full of previous dental care from other states' dentists but this has been the best overall!

The staff at Bethany Heights Dental Care provided excellent customer service. One thing that is very important to me is Bedside" manners; the staff was very polite, and caring. The staff members were well-spoken in terms of professional knowledge. All of my questions were answered, and my fears put to rest."

I am a new patient to this clinic (2 visits to date). So far, I have been impressed with the timeliness of appointments, the friendliness of staff and the cleanliness of the office. Dr. Lopez is very down-to-earth and appears to have a genuine concern for the oral care of her patients.

Because my wait time was only 10 minutes, my technician had good gentle skills and Doctor Spann-Lopez spent time educating me about my condition; I rate my experience excellent.

Everyone was friendly and everything that was involved in my exam and cleaning was explained. It helped that the hygienist took the time to explain what she was doing.
