I had to have several procedures done yesterday, about 2 hours of work. The office was ready for me when I got there and made me quite comfortable. After the topical numbing gel I didn't even feel the injection. I kept waiting for the pinch but it never came. I was able to watch a movie complete with noise reduction headphones so I didn't even hear the drilling. When Dr. Spann-Lopez was done I wasn't ready to go. My movie wasn't over, lol. I am very much pleased with the service my family received at our most recent visit. All of our visist have been consistently pleasant with warm detailed communication for dental maintenance. I feel Bethany Heights Dental Care is the best and provide high quality dental care. My family feel at home at Bethany and my children look forward to visiting the dental office.
First visit today, shouldn't have waited so long to make an appointment:) Dr. Spann & her staff are the best!!! Convenient location, nice office, state of the art technology. Procedures, options explained, prioritized. Dr. and staff very pleasant and professional.
