About this business
Our travels and research took us to the deep woods of Texas through Austin & Mesquite, from the infamous Salt Lick BBQ to the fabulous Rudy's. We ventured through the entire state of Tennessee and learned their style from the World Famous Calhoun's Ribs, and even headed way up to to upstate New York to learn from the infamous Dinosaur BBQ. After years of travel, experimentation, and research (it was delicious), we have developed our own unique barbecue. Dare we call it Delmarva Barbecue!

Great food, friendly efficient staff, wonderful live music!
Had the spinach salad w/grill salmon. Great meal. My fiancee had a well done burger we both enjoyed our meal. In DE for the weekend. Would recommend anytime.

Always a good meal/experience at Bethany Blues. Stopped on our way back to Newark after a weekend in Dewey. Staff always pleasant. Had the Mac Skillet w/ chorizo, onions and peppers
very good service at lunch went back for dinner and seemed overwhelmed and slow.
I was pleased with the ribs as always! Our waiter was terrific checking on us regularly. I also look forward to Judy Sings the Blues at your establishment. Judy is fantastic!
They provide great music with live jazz bands on stage.
Half of us had great meals some of us had half great meals, some had terrible too tough/dry ribs, and limp fries. Excellent salmon, brisket and crab cakes. Love the corn bread, too much cheese on house salad. The service was good. She asked if there was anything else she could send home with us since the ribs were inedible. Would have rather they have a discount on the bad meals. Probably will move on to other restaurants on our beach stays.

I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your dissatisfaction with your dinner. We strive to make sure all of our customers get the best service and highest quality product possible. I was wondering who you spoke with about your ribs? Was it a manager or just the server? The sever is supposed to alert the manager on duty when there is any kind of issue.
