About this business
Our travels and research took us to the deep woods of Texas through Austin & Mesquite, from the infamous Salt Lick BBQ to the fabulous Rudy's. We ventured through the entire state of Tennessee and learned their style from the World Famous Calhoun's Ribs, and even headed way up to to upstate New York to learn from the infamous Dinosaur BBQ. After years of travel, experimentation, and research (it was delicious), we have developed our own unique barbecue. Dare we call it Delmarva Barbecue!

We had the special ribs with the pineapple chipotle sauce. It was delicious!!
Best BBQ available locally. St. Louis ribs, brisket , fried pickles and cheesy cream corn ! Reasonable and generous portions. You won't leave hungry.
The atmosphere was really nice . The food was nothing to write home about . It will not be my first choice when down at the beach
How awesome is Bethany Blues!? Nicole..... ty ty ty for all you did for us. From the tasting to all the emails the months leading up to our wedding you were with me every step of the way. You and your staff were amazing the day of the event. They set up our cocktail hr while we were getting ready for our big day. Everything looked beautiful. This food was fresh and delicious. I had the beef brisket - fabulous! It was a generous portion, very juicy, and tender. I would definitely recommend it to others AND would order it again. This was my first visit to your Blues but hope to visit often! Thank YOU.

I live locally and it is one of my go-to places for food and music.
This place never disappoints. Otis was our waiter and he was awesome! The best brisket in town and the salmon was cooked and seasoned perfectly!
The brisket was dried out. Still a decent meal. Not bad but not excellent either.
