About this business
Our travels and research took us to the deep woods of Texas through Austin & Mesquite, from the infamous Salt Lick BBQ to the fabulous Rudy's. We ventured through the entire state of Tennessee and learned their style from the World Famous Calhoun's Ribs, and even headed way up to to upstate New York to learn from the infamous Dinosaur BBQ. After years of travel, experimentation, and research (it was delicious), we have developed our own unique barbecue. Dare we call it Delmarva Barbecue!

Best darned Carolina chopped pork this side of...well, Carolina!
We just had our wedding this past weekend, and Bethany Blues catered and serviced our bars. I cannot even tell you how many compliments we got on the food. Everyone absolutely raved about it. On top of that, the service was phenomenal!! They all took such good care of us and all of our guests. They were organized and stayed perfectly on schedule, and the presentation was beautiful. We had a great meal with fantastic service. The brisket vegetable soup was nice and hot with an excellent smoky flavor. We both had salads with grilled salmon. My hubby had the house salad which was plentiful and flavorful. I had the grilled salmon on the Caesar salad with balsamic dressing. Both the Caesar dressing and balsamic was quite good. The corn bread just capped off the meal. Very enjoyable dinner.
Great Dinner food was excellent my wife's meat was falling right off the bone and my pulled pork was fantastic
