About this business
Our travels and research took us to the deep woods of Texas through Austin & Mesquite, from the infamous Salt Lick BBQ to the fabulous Rudy's. We ventured through the entire state of Tennessee and learned their style from the World Famous Calhoun's Ribs, and even headed way up to to upstate New York to learn from the infamous Dinosaur BBQ. After years of travel, experimentation, and research (it was delicious), we have developed our own unique barbecue. Dare we call it Delmarva Barbecue!

Food, service and selection were good. No complaints and plenty of leftovers to take home.
Fabulous catering experience from start to finish for a special surprise party I had for my brother and his wife. Having a brunch was new to me and Jess made menu selections that were perfect. Sean showed up right on time with everything self contained--even a trash can and proceeded to set up and run the event for 4 hours seamlessly. Everybody loved the pasta station --super unique and perfect for a brunch along with the rest of the amazing menu. Pulled chicken sandwich for lunch. Loved the slaw on top! Husband had fish and chips and it was fresh and delicious.
