Beth was great through the entire process of selling our house. Helped us with what we needed and didn't need to do to get it ready for sell. Her suggestion of putting it on the private market eliminated the need to have multiple days/weeks of showings and we listed it well above what we thought we thought we would get for it and got almost the full amount with very little repair. We would highly recommend Beth to anyone looking to sell their home.
