Dr. Dana is the best doctor I’ve ever had. The way she calms my nerves and answers my questions so thoroughly and thoughtfully is above and beyond. I’ve never had a more professional or kind doctor, and I’m so thankful. (Also, whoever chose the painting of the flowers in the waiting room—it’s beautiful!)
Dr. Patrick Sabia is an excellent physician and he pays close attention to my concerns. I think this is a well-run, responsive practice overall.
I’m not sure if it’s cause I work in healthcare and understand the issues we all face BUT 5+ years ago I had a baby boy and I was asked who his PCP would be and I chose Dr. Sabia after doing some research and hearing how incredible his bedside manner is. ZERO lies he is AMAZING! At a visit for my son I asked if he had any female MDs who are taking new patients and he explained they were a family practice & yes he did! I switched PCPs that week! Recently had my physical and when asked if I’m having any issues, I gave a few examples which resulted in referrals for specialists. Then I was charged $100 for speaking to my doctor about “issues outside of a physical.” When I pressed billing and insurance on this, the rep told me “don’t get a physical if you don’t want to be charged extra fees” and that she “expects extra fees when getting a physical” which is supposed to be free and an open conversation about recent issues!
