They are a professional dedicated caring group of doctors and nurses.
I received a transplant and the Dr's, nurses and other personnel were awesome. The service that I received was very, very good. I recommend if you need to go to emergency, visit theirs, if you need to stay on a hospital, this is the one.
Very Vary bad service Please if you have choices try not to go to this office I had terrible experience with this office. My father had an appointment after his surgery. His hand got infected and he needed immediately attention. So they did the appointment on Tuesday at 2:30pm with Doctor Thomas, so I showed up in the office at 2:15pm and the assistant of the Dr. Thomas comes out and tells me that the appointment is at 3:30pm with different doctor wit Marc Schermerhorn and that I should have been informed which I was not. I absolutely love every physician on my team. They have done everything they can do make me a better person and to keep me healthy and enjoying life. I cannot express my gratitude for your staff
I had to have emergency neurosurgery there, and because of the doctors mistake I now have neurological damage that is irreversible. When I attempted to switch neurosurgeons I was told 'no one would see me'. Because of that I ended up with meningitis. If you know anything about neurosurg, once you've been touched by one you are 'untouchable' by the rest. Thank you to my Oncologist and Surgical team that found my large Tumor in left breast and got it in time and removed it with a lot of micro calcification they were and still are right on top of things as found material and debris of left side again and will be having it taken care of and hope for the best.
Dr. Per-Olof Hasselgren is a brilliant, skilled, and caring thyroid/endocrine surgeon. Highly recommended.
