Absolutely the best care. Every staff member from the doctors to the house staff was pleasant and helpful. I made that remark to one of my nurses and she said, "We all really like each other and we love our jobs." Well, you know what - it shows! Thanks to all.

Everyone who helped me here today, from the receptionist to my final discharge, was just great. I don't think I even waited three minutes in the waiting area before someone took me in. I forget most of the names (probably interacted with about 12 different people today), but I do want to thank Noah, who brought me a turkey sandwich when I was hungry :) Also thanks to Brandon, John, and Steve. Overall, a very positive experience.
I really can't gush enough. The staff at the surgical pavilion were the best! Jean my Pre-Op nurse was so comforting & attentive. Dr. Cheng the anesthesiologist was informative and so kind. Brian the nurse anesthetist was funny & reassuring. My OR nurse, Laurie was so caring, whether it was reassuring me I'd be ok or a squeeze of the ankle, she put me at ease. I had a sleep study done and my tech was an awesome Guy very professional and personable but the staff up front in the E.R need to learn how to communicate as my study was at 730 and I got there at 6:45 and it was an hour and 15 mins b4 I even got into my room a older lady had came in after me and literally sat down and got brought back this wasn't my techs fault it was the women up the front they could have informed that since mine maybe a different type set up that it would be longer then that would of been okay but no the... read more
