Waiting 3 hrs when you’re told there’s two people in front of you is crazy especially when you don’t feel good and are in pain
Called to make an appointment. After being on hold for more than 11 minutes--during which time there were regular interruptions in the music to thank me for my patience and indicate how many people were in front of me (the first few times it indicated there were two people in front of me; then, it indicated one person in front of me. Finally, it indicated I was next in line. Immediately after, the voice stated there was NO ONE to take my call! I was prompted to leave a message.
