I have done almost 100 shops for these people. I had a computer glitch on my end and they refuse to pay me. I sent a complaint and no reply. Hmmm future shops cancelled. Obviously they don't value their shoppers. Very disappointed.
Five stars for timeliness. Always got a quick email response from actual people if I had any questions about a shop. My payment was sent very fast as well. If you do everything the description says there will be no problems, I don't know why there are any negative reviews.
Great company! Better than most other ones! Pay in a timely manner HUGE PLUS, only downside is the amount of shops in my area, but thats not their fault.

Bestmark gave me the wrong info about a mystery shop and refuses to pay me for it. I also havent been paid for the other shops I have completed.
