Do not complete shops for this company. They do not pay out and will not answer you. I have inquired multiple times about my payment and they have not answered. The only way to contact is via email and through a phone number that goes straight to voicemail. You should be ashamed of yourselves for conducting business in this manner during a global pandemic. Just SAD. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Bestmark is currently putting the public at risk by contracting for unnecessary secret shopper services during this pandemic. They are paying to have possibly infected people to come into the stores like Home Depot just to buy 350 dollars worth of stuff and then return it. The county they are doing this in Niagara in NY State is under a state of emergency people are warned to stay in their homes unless travel is absolutely needed. I've done secret shops occasionally since 2014 and so far, Bestmark has been one of my favorite companies to work with. Not too many shops posted on the website for my area but I receive email notifications from Cory for unlisted shops. Payment is generally within 3 wks, which is very reasonable. Never had a deduction in pay or any issues contacting somene when I have questions. Cory responds promptly and is very courteous and awesome.
A job might come up every few weeks, but even if you reply to their emails within 5 minutes, they always tell you someone else took the job. It’s a joke really, and I can’t even locate how to close out my account with them.
I wish to rescind my nasty comments about Bestmark. They do, in fact, care about their shoppers. After talking with their Director of Operations today, this company seems to be okay. She is going to get to the bottom of what happened and will look into the information I provided to assist them with their shops with the Client I had concerns about. I would like to thank Bestmark for providing the contact information and permitting me to get in touch with their Operations Director. She seemed to be a very caring person.
I received my first check today! Bestmark was easy to work with 🥰
