I've been using BestMark for a few years now and I've never encountered any issues. Whenever I had difficulties finishing a shop or had questions, the customer service was excellent!

I was introduced to best mark about 2.5 yrs ago and i just love it.. fantastic company to work for and to interact with... never any issues they work with u quickly if there was something missing on the survey very friendly staff if u ever need to contact them. I love saving money and making money doing my secret shopper jobs.
Bestmark is really perfect for me. in my retirement I don't make much money but these little shops I do fill my wallet up for a while quick and easy, I even get to eat free at some of the best restaurants around
