Hotel needs a good lesson in house keeping! I was not happy with the ton of hair in the jacuzzi tub, it had not been cleaned at all. The General manager was working the front desk by herself and became very overwhelmed with the phone ringing and people trying to check in. When I called the front desk to report the filth, she said she would send the young man up. After waiting for 45 mins for someone, I called her back and said we were leaving for dinner. Had a reservation for over a month, drove 7 hours to get there and was told my reservation was cancelled due to rooms not being up to standard. Had to find a room at Sleep Inn instead, luckily they had rooms that were up to standard.
