Wonderful staff, clean rooms, and very comfortable beds! We were even placed close to an outside entrance so our puppies didn’t have far to go for potty time!

This is the filthiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. We made a last minute reservation, and needed a place that would accept our dogs. No other rooms available. There are dead bugs, hair, dust everywhere. There is not a clean surface in the room, save the beds, which I went over with a fine-toothed comb. Hotel needs a good lesson in house keeping! I was not happy with the ton of hair in the jacuzzi tub, it had not been cleaned at all. The General manager was working the front desk by herself and became very overwhelmed with the phone ringing and people trying to check in. When I called the front desk to report the filth, she said she would send the young man up. After waiting for 45 mins for someone, I called her back and said we were leaving for dinner. We've stayed here on our way to Myrtle Beach the past few years. It's always been nice and clean and the lady at the front is always super sweet. I love the view too!
