The rooms are beautiful and spacious. My kids enjoyed the bunk beds. However, our stay experience was very poor. Our first night in, my child was taking a shower and the fire alarm went off. I called the front desk and he stated he was the only one working and he’d put in a work order the next morning. The maintenance gentleman came up and looked at it visually as he couldn’t reach the fire alarm to actively look at it and chalked it up to my child being in the shower with the steam letting it off. This is our go to "hotel" on the beach. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is amazing! We enjoy the poolside bar, pool, and beach amenities available. The pizzas are a great late day/night snack or meal. For the holiday, they added hamburgers and hotdogs for lunch to the menu.
**I'm changing my review from 1 star to 5. This says alot about a company being able to change a 1 star review into a 5. Michael, the manager, went above & beyond for our team. He made an adorable sign for the girls to sign with their photo on it & even ordered us cake to celebrate our National win! I retract my statement about it not being team friendly.
