This hotel is absolutely wonderful. It is a non smoking hotel and you have to sign off saying if you smoke in the room you will be charged $500.
Do not stay here. They charge me and my wife 500.00 for smoking in a room. We do not smoke. They are very slow to respond to any issues that you have. Manager Mercedes is always absent and does not return phone calls. She always has just stepped out. General manager has been out of town for two months now. This is very frustrating being accused of something you didn't do. Save yourself a head ache and stay elsewhere. Littlerock has other options.
