The place to stay in San Diego! Doesn't get any better. Staff and accommodations were amazing!
We had our Great Gatsby, Valentines day, Hollywood Red Carpet, wedding here at BWP 2/14/15, it was flawless. Lauren Miller is our hero, knows the business & our celebrity friends said it was better than the real deal in LA from the service to food to accommodations. Just look at the pics. This hotel is beautiful & the food is excellent. Granite in the room & a large flat screen, so nice. The people are so friendly & helpful. They let us check in early - would visit again.
Staff not friendly. Problem after problem. From a nail on the stairs going through my husbands shoe to my son almost falling off the balcony due to wood rot to poor housekeeping to exposed carpet tacking to luke warm shower water with no tub to improperly installed blinds resulting in my sis having two broken fingers when they collapsed on her, then staff making zero effort to make things right and when they did reach out and promised follow up, their was nothing..... 3 nights here and only wish it could be longer. Gorgeous room and great 2 pools and hot tubs. Loved every minute. Great location, everything was within 15-30 mins reach. Old town was fantastic, little Italy and of course Sea world were all so close. Fantastic time and can't wait to stay again!
