We are staying for Father’s Day evening and 2 days after I am so disappointed in this place my fiancé talks so much about how he couldn’t wait to show me this amazing hotel and I am so disappointed they ruined my husbands first Father’s Day I showed up at 5pm to be told my room wasn’t ready to then not getting the room I ordered and getting put in a different room 2 hours later because they still didn’t have the right room ready i pre ordered then when I got in my room at 7pm for a pack and play for my daughter they still di... read more

An Amazing place to stay! Gorgeous views. Beautiful Large Quiet rooms with awesome hospitality! Many places within walking distance. We love everything about San Diego and this Hotel made it extra special! A++++

Shelter Island is just so beautiful! And the Best Western Plus Island Palms is such a gorgeous hotel! The rooms are big and spacious, the staff are all helpful and friendly. We love it down there...it's our sanctuary!
