The “customer service” I received while speaking to the manager of this hotel at 11:22am on 5/22/2026 was the worst “customer service” I’ve received. The employee I spoke to before was kind but once transferred to the manager she was extremely rude and had a bad attitude. When I asked for her name so I could report it to someone she said good luck and hung up on me. I understand if someone came at her incorrect but she started the whole conversation already with the wrong attitude + defensive. I was physically attacked and w... read more

Overall, this hotel was decent for the price I paid. The rooms were clean, the beds was neat & well sized, so overall I would give the room 4 stars. The only problem I encountered was that the bathroom door wouldn't lock, so with a family of multiple people, it was an annoyance. The breakfast was acceptable as the minimum I wanted from it compared to other hotels I visit is waffles & eggs, there was also other options like yogurt, boiled eggs, and assorted breakfast staples like bagels, cereal, and fruit.
