At first we had issues with the air and the toilet. After the GM and the engineer decided that they would have to get into the room and repair the AC. They moved us to an Apartment suite that was much better for the 4 adults in our room. They took care of our issues and made everything right. Very please with this nice little property!! Also the breakfast was great!! The breakfast room is small but has a lot of great breakfast items to choose from! We all highly recommend this property!!!

We are having a great stay. Reasonable price, clean & comfortable room, very nice breakfast, and best of all, the entire staff from management to housekeeping has been very friendly, courteous, and accommodating. Walking distance to Wrigley Field and many nearby restaurants. Most definitely would stay here again!

This is a wonderful hotel in a great neighborhood. Affordable, well decorated, well maintained, and friendly staff make this a very comfortable place to spend a weekend in the city or a week-long vacation. The free breakfast is a nice bonus, too. You can even do some light food shopping at the nearby grocery stores and utilize the in-room mini fridge, microwave and Keurig coffeemaker! We always stay here when we return twice a year. It's in a great location within walking distance to places we frequent. The staff here is wonderful & I would recommend this hotel over & over. Check it out!
