This was my first stay here, and I would highly recommend it! The gentleman who checked us in I wish I caught his name, he was super friendly and very personable and I wish he could get proper credit for being awesome!! The room was so clean and comfortable and it was very quiet too, didn't hear alot going on outside my room. Although on this trip I did not bring my dogs, I found out they are pet friendly and would allow my pitbulls!! All in all a very pleasant experience!
Easy walk to Wrigley, great restaurants, and the lake. Super staff, too!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Booked a month ago, confirmed today, drove over three hours to find that the reservation cannot be found. We were told that they didn't know who we talked to and continued to be unhelpful.
I stayed here a few years ago for the Ween shows at the nearby Aragon Ballroom, on St. Patty's day weekend. I must say I loved this hotel in it's entirety. Our room felt amazingly lavish, the staff were beyond helpful and friendly, and the general feel of everything was upscale. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable and yet still very classy hotel on the northside
This was our second time staying here for a cubs game. We stayed for 1 night in the 2 bedroom suite in the new annex of the hotel in the building next door. Everything was very nice, new and clean. I do have a few complaints however. Upon checking in, our room was not ready. It was not until almost an hour after check-in that it was ready. You would think the room should have been ready at check-in if they knew there were guests arriving!
