I enjoyed everything about my 2 night stay here with the exception of the billing which has been a nightmare. Double charged TWICE and still waiting for them to refund my second double charge of $279. I just don't understand why it's so difficult. When I checked out I thought this is where I will stay from now on as I get to Chicago quite often. Now though, the stress of the billing situation has me second guessing myself.
RecommendedThird time staying here and it just gets better. The hotel is charming and wonderfully decorated with lovely understated fixtures and very comfy beds & pillows. For a city setting, it's very quiet and peaceful. Don't miss the Ann Sather cinnamon rolls at breakfast!

Gustavo is so unfair with his workers he got a whole family working there giving them the best days and he had said family can’t work there and there is 2 brothers the grandma and the cousin working there and they don’t doo nothing about it
This was a great find. We typically don't stay at Best Westerns, but this was a typical BW. It was quaint, clean, accessible to other things. The staff was nice and helpful. We will go there again.

I'm so glad we found this hotel for going to the Cubs games!It's within walking distance to Wrigley and in a safe neighborhood with restaurants and a Starbucks nearby!The hotel itself is charming. It's considered a boutique hotel.It was very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, there was bottled water,a microwave and mini fridge in the room and it was a pretty room.The staff was very friendly and helpful when asked about places to eat and directions.
