RecommendedGreat place to stay! Very clean and everyone so very nice and polite! Will definitely be back! Beach was clean and beautiful!!
The linen on the beds were dirty pillows had brown stains. Mold on the wall in the second bedroom wall where the air conditioner hang .Call front desk ask for another room said they didn't have any so ask for our money back .Housekeeping was very poor. We left went back home to N.C room number 1314 . Took pictures of the Mold !!!!!
Accommodations perfect. Cleanliness A+. Hotel staff amazing! Perfect location away from the "rif-raf". Family oriented. An additional plus is that there's a Neighborhood Market just a block away, so all your grocery needs are right there! Keep up the great work! Jack and his team are great!
While we were pleased with the room and the breakfast, check in took too long and Lisa, behind the desk was rude and unclear about where to park. The hotel is set up in a u-shape with rooms on the outside and the inside of the u. You could not see everything well because it was nighttime. I would have liked clearer directions and when I asked for clarification, she snapped at me. Perhaps she needs some training in customer service. When you deal with the public, I expect a lot more courtesy.
We are having a great time. Beautiful room's. Great view of the ocean.
I enjoyed my stay here and it was very peaceful for me.
