Not a good place to stay unless you are 65. Apparently they don't want hard working young adults to vacation here. Spread the word friends.. this is an old folks home...

Jack the "manager" was a complete ass and left a couple that is 19 and 21 and work full time that were on vacation stranded after this man claimed that it was "his policy" to not rent room nor reimburse the money they have paid to book the room. Left them crying and stranded 7 hrs from home on a vacation they worked 6 months to save for. Shame on this franchise and shame on corporate for literally doing nothing. Don't give a dime to best western and I sure hope this "Jack" doesn't have family if he is able to watch these you... read more

"Jack" the manager is a real piece of work. I've got 100,000 social media followers that are being told what a dick this guy is.
Jack turned away a lovely adult couple who are 21 and 19, who are hard-working people, well-mannered and respectful, WHO PRE-PAID the deposit with their hard-earned savings, because of their ages. And JACK refused to return their deposit. A 7 hour drive, 6 months of saving for a brief vacation and a RUDE, manager. And the corporate office did NO BETTER to offer good customer service.
My girls and i were there for spring break and I'm definitely going to stay there again. Our room was so nice and clean. The breakfast was awesome and staff was very nice. The only complaint I have is that there was to much chemical in the indoor pool that made it difficult for me to breathe and my eyes burned. The outdoor pool and lazy river was a huge hit with my girls.
I will be back.... the room and view was perfect. Service was great.
