Returned to Lost and found.....missing iPad.
Upon checking in we arrived an hour early. The room was ready but they would not check a guest in until after 4pm without a $30 -$100 minimum add on fees. -The room was decent size. -The bed was comfortable - bed Comforter had 2 small stains (time to retire it). -The fridge smelled like they were storing raw fish for a while from previous guest . - The floors of the room were absolutely gross/dirty. Don't ever stay here!!! Rooms nasty!! Customer service is horrible!! No amentities!! The guy refused to provide a receipt!! Had an attitude because I checked early and did not want to check us out!! Barely give towels!! Then the form that I signed he refused to provide a copy stating it's impossible because there is info on it I am not privy too...plus he gave somebody a key to an already vacant room. Seen a cockroach come out of the laundry room and go into room 1116 way overcharged for pets for two nights the girl at the front desk was very abrupt would not recommend this place and I don't know why Wyndham would even give them a license
Yet another hotel using false advertising to get you in the door. I was sold a room with a picture of the ocean through a sliding glass door. When I arrived I was told there are no rooms where you can see the ocean. That wasn't true. But nonetheless I was given a room with a view of the parking lot..... Unless I wanted to upgrade at over $500. LOL When I told her that was ridiculous she said to me that "we get what we pay for". Obviously that's not true. I paid for a room with an ocean view.
