Horrible service and the management/owner named Ham , they have no heart and sympathy, I didn't even get to stay in the hotel still got charged and he had no care at all. He could of easily refunded me. Sad place to stay Yes 3rd party which was booking.com and booking.com was so helpful they tired calling best western and emailing explaining the situation for me to get refunded, however best western management has no sympathy and understanding that accidents happen and couldn't refund my $150, which was alot for someone who ... read more
Mixed feelings about this one. We are not fancy travelers (just need clean and safe). The staff is excellent and the breakfast was good. The room was semi clean and pretty old. It looks like they are updating things as the sink area was newer. We didn't feel unsafe at all. Beds were just okay. Carpet and chairs both need to go. Pool and hot tub were both chilly. The hot tub was bubbling above the rim making it splash in your face. I don't feel like this was a $100+ hotel. Would choose differently next time.
This is the worst BW I have ever stayed at, and I am on the road every weekday for work. This property needs a major overhaul, rooms are completely outdated, elevator and stairwell filthy. The amount of traffic in front of the property is immense, right off the highway (99) but you must make a u-turn to get back to the highway but that is incredibly difficult since there is one entrance/exit, an entrance open to the side street would elliviate that issue.
