I really don’t recommend this hotel Super dirty towels are black of so much dirt motel 6, it’s cleaner then this hotel there was people fighting in front desk didn’t nothing not even calling the police it’s not a family hotel not recommended their rooms are so nasty that even your feet you don’t wanna put them downstairs. It’s better pain a little bit more and getting something clean.
If I could just give this place 0 stars that's exactly what this post would say 0 stars because the room was disgusting! - Dead cockroaches in the corner - No running hot water in the shower - Plus we got the hotel suite the the Jacuzzi hot tub didn't work! We took pictures and went to tell the hotel manager and kindly asked for another room only for him to say that he couldn't put us into another room or wouldn't refund us any of our money but that he was going to have someone go and clean the room for us and fix the hot tu... read more
Just stay at the Holiday inns & suites. Price is comparable. Breakfast service was better. Pool is substantially better. Shower drain did not drain. Lobby is friendlier. It is easier to get in and out depending on which way you're going.
Staff was pleasant and committed to service, and even set me up with the free rewards program which was helpful for my future best western stays
For my one night here customer service from RAJ was phenomenal I would love to run into more people like him. While I travel for work. Good thing I look like you're brother. Thank you RAJ hopefully I come back out out on personal fun more then work travel. Sincerely chris
