Horrible service, dirty rooms. And the guys couldn't sleep from the smell!
Our room was on the 2nd floor facing hwy 99. It literally felt like our bed was in the middle of that hwy all nite, hearing the the hwy traffic so vividly. On top of the space between the door and door frame, inwhich you could see outside, which made the noise louder in our room. The toilet is in serious need of being replaced, was below our knees, like it was for a kindergartener. The FREE breakfast was HORRIBLE! The room was disgusting, the carpet was filthy, there was paper and dead bugs everywhere, spider webs in the corners. The room, especially the bathroom, smelled like urine, could have been cat or dog pee in the carpet, we were supposed to stay 5 nights, we left after the second night. There was something nasty on the bed skirt,I reported these things to the front desk, and someone came around and said they would be back to fix things and never returned.
Love this chains of hotels. The biscuits and gravy breakfast is the best
