We left upon arrival. Leftover cheeseburger in the microwave. Hair in sheets, huge hairball on bedside, dirty walls, stained showers. Ate the money and went elsewhere
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel on a trip to Seattle. The room was very reasonably priced and I got a free upgrade to a very large suite with two queen beds. Everything was comfortable and clean. Safety is important to me and everything felt safe and secure. The shining star of the property was Mr. Rajiv B. at the front desk. He was very gracious, cordial, professional, and very hard working. We are a group of 9 from Canada/UK and stayed at Best Western Plus in Manteca a couple of weeks ago. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel: the rooms were spacious, clean, the staff were friendly and very attentive. The breakfast was good for a budget hotel. We would like to thank Rajiv (front desk) as he looked after us and dealt with queries promptly - we hope you enjoyed the ladoo :)
