Excellent couple of days here. Delightful location on lake and close to main highways. Clean and maintained hotel. Restaurant very good. The seafood chowder is wonderful and a large bowlful, enough for two or your whole meal. The fish cakes were disappointing with little flavour, but everything else made up for that. Recommend the seafood linguine, again the portion is large!

Good location between Bayers Lake and Halifax. If you have a first time Dal student in the dorms and want a decently priced, clean hotel room in September this was a good option! The parking was tricky though. They have parking a ll around the hotel but the one side was super tight and hard to get around.

Kind and friendly staff, a great view, and excellent parking! I am not giving 5 starts because of the following reasons: The breakfast menu was almost the same every day. I expected to see more variety, but the options were mainly red beans, bacon, fried potatoes, and eggs. My room was on the top floor (9th floor), but unfortunately, the Wi-Fi connection was very poor. Sometimes there was no signal at all, and many times the connection was extremely weak and slow.
