The worst experience ever with BWP in my favorite city. I was expecting more from BWP but was frustrated at my room condition where the AC was leaking water and flooding the floor. My room was their anniversary room quite large and well furnished, so it was a shock to see the puddle in the room. Went down to the reception to show the picture of water on the floor and request a change of room, and the receptionist told me they have been trying to fix the AC but they couldn’t, and her group manager blocked the day and it is ne... read more
The staff were exceptional, the room was perfect, and they even had gluten-free bread options for breakfast.
Highly recommended this hotel. Best customer service. Upon checking in the front desk personnel was nice. The room was clean and big. Location was great.
