Great price. Good location. And a nice hot spa. :)
Front desks folks were real nice but the hotel rooms are small, walls are thin and ii's loud,small pool located on very busy road. No breakfast included. Great location for some attractions
Everyone at the front desk was very professional, friendly and accomodating. The Spice restaurant in the lobby greeted us with warm hospitality. Brandon and his sister served us. The rib eye steak was very delicious. We ate it twice. Also Caesar, the shuttle driver was first class. He was on time, friendly, informative, and provided us with great service to Universal Studios and Disneyland. The maintenance crew along with the maids were excellent. Looking for some information on a driver! I stayed here 2 years ago and we hired the service of a driver that was recommended by the lady at the concierge desk. He was a youngish Guatemalan guy who drove a black hummer, we would love to use him again when we are in LA in about 4 weeks time. I lost his business card and can't find an email address for the hotel... hope someone on here might know who this driver is?
