my kids loved the swimming! I liked nice comfy beds & pillows!
I accidentally left an item in my room at checkout. When I inquired on it I was told it was not in the room so I must have it because the maid denied seeing it. I searched my bags completely and did not have it. I remember exactly where it was the last time I saw it. And am certain it was not packed when packing to leave. Yet rather than investigating the general manager brushed my complaint off saying she trusted her maid so i or another person in my party must have it. No food service. Staff nice but not knowledgeable about what food places delivered.
Reserved a crib, got a pallet on the floor for my four month old because the cribs where over booked...thanks for the comfortable stay...very unhappy!
