I was traveling through Sioux Falls and made a pit stop here. I've been through several BWs so I want to tried out BW Empire Towers. I had a little trouble find the hotel entrance but got to the hotel through Super 8 motel. Checked in wasn't bad. Please be aware that there is a hold of $75 damage fee and when you check out and no damages to your room they will release the $75 fees back (see pic). The room we checked into had ants invading it. Went to talk to lady at front desk. Said she had to take care of something then would be right there 10 minutes she never came back. Use front desk phone to call and she came. Said she had no other rooms available but could spray to get rid of them. Came used round up and told us that was all she could do. Expected us to stay in that room after round up was sprayed. Asked for manager and told him. He apologized and got us into another room. Which was funny because the lady said ... read more
