The hotel is horrible. The food is bad, you could hear people in the rooms from across the hall and bedbugs BEDBUGS
The bathrooms were broken, the hotel was too noisy, and worst of all it is infested with bed bugs
THIS HOTEL IS INFESTED WITH BEDBUGS This hotel was horrible. We had towels with pubes on it. We found two bedbugs and I got bitten four times. The shower we had didn't drain and u have to manually stand there to lift the draining thing. The food was horrible. It was either bland or burnt. The staircase is disgusting and looks horrid. Our rooms reeked and it was disgusting. Our bed had unexplainable stains. Basically this hotel is horrible and is infested with bedbugs.
Do you know what it means to clean the sheets and the rooms thoroughly? There were stains on the sheets and ROOMS AROUND US WERE CLOSED DOWN BECAUSE OF A BEDBUG INFESTATION. How can you screw up food that was premade and just heated up? It was terrible and the plates weren't even very clean. The staff seemed nice which was the only pro out of it all but the hotel is disgusting. THE BATHTUB WAS DIRTY AND MY FIRST IMPRESSION OF THE HOTEL WAS THAT IT WAS SOMETHING OUT OF A HORROR MOVIE.
The bed bugs kept us company. The bed broke, towels smell, and limited amount of hot water. Should be called worst western. Do not recommend.
