Very friendly staff. Clean and neat accommodations. Nice breakfast. Received a call 15 minutes after arriving in room to ensure accommodations were satisfactory!
This was my first time staying at Best Westetn becaise ,I always thought Best Western was a sleezy cheap hotel but, to my surprise the customer service was excellent the place was immaculate and breakfast was served from 8 AM up nd my group left at 10 AM and there was plenty of every thing when we left. Every one dont have to embrace you, and you cant force people to embrace you because you are openly gay.. Its not fair this Gay rights shit what happened to other pepple rights.
I'm currently staying in the Best Western Lanham hotel. When I arrived the room and the hallway/elevators etc were extremely hot. I finally got my room cooled down but the hallways except for the main floor are super hot. The room itself seemed clean when I got here and the sheets appeared to be fresh. The microwave and refrigerator were VERY clean! No Sprinkle , No Fan in Bathroom , When you go in, Breakfast was Ok , Beautiful on the First Floor, But Chairs in Lobby was Dirty.
Just hAd a girls weekend and it was excellent. NTasha the front desk concierge went above and beyond to make out stay pleasant. The rooms were clean the wifi worked fine the Bay Street night club was pumping the poool was refreshing the food was great. :)). We are planning our next girls nite as we speak :)
Very clean nice staff disappointed no swimming pool yet and then not open til may we were ready to jump in ! No refridge or micro til 2nd night we had 2 queens they slept fine no bugs found:) have had great visit so far Love DC
