The place smells like smoke. When I complained I got a 400 cleaning fee added to my credit card. I'm glad my credit card stood up for me. Best Western did not. This place was a complete DUMP. stay away or you may get credit card scam. Not to mention the pimp with 6 rooms on different credit cards pimping out his whores. Lmfao.
My daughter and I's 4 night stay was great. The hot breakfast was more than I expected, room was clean and updated and had a nice flat screen, fridge and microwave, new tile and fixtures in the bathroom, iron and coffee machine, etc, and the shuttle service to and from the Metro was mostly prompt.
Quality was better than expected for the price. When we had a request of staff, they responded. Public areas were kept clean and rooms were nice. Only complaint would be that staff didn't keep up well with breakfast trash...definitely need bigger receptacles 7:30am-9:30am, yet given the number of people attacking the buffet taking "all you can eat" portions, there was still plenty of variety & plenty of food. Would stay again in a minute.
This hotel is not bad at all WiFi works fine beds are comfortable. Service at the desk could be a little quicker but over all not bad at all

How is this even a hotel. The wifi is awful, there is no hot water, and the rooms smell awful. There are no clean sheets or towels. And the food seems like a kindergartner made it. And oh yeah, did I forget to tell you there is a bed bug infestation. The only good thing was the staff. They were very nice and cooperative.
