\$400 for 30 minutes to re-seat a toilet. Inflated parts & charges. When I called to complain the manager said" Oh, he (guy who came out) made a mistake in the price of parts, heres \$25 off..." Not an honest business. There are plenty more professional plumbers in the Pittsburgh area with better ethics.
