Roberto and Graciel installed a new furnace and AC system in my house on May 2026. It has been 2 weeks since the installation and we are very happy with the unit. No issues. It passed city inspection. The job they did required replacing furnace, ac unit and some ducts, a complicated job, but they managed to complete it efficiently within a day. Happy customer.
Got a mini-split wall unit AC installed, got 3 quotes in the area and Best Owner Direct was the cheapest and the techs that gave the estimate were absolutely the most thorough. Everything was scheduled quickly and done effortlessly for us. The techs did a great job and were in and out.
Problem was my heating. I was referred by my friend to this company. They are very prompt, did a fast scheduling on the service and friendly. The appointment was late in the afternoon so, Freddy the technician diagnosed what’s wrong fast, got the repairs scheduled and did a great job explaining well what the problem was. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
Phase 1 complete! All HVAC-related roof penetrations rerouted to the walls/eaves, new bathroom fans (1970s decibel levels -> 2020s decibel levels!!!), new water heater, better venting for the furnace as well. Everything done in a day and looks great! Thank you very much! For those who are asking: I didn't choose bottom dollar, I chose and paid for quality. Quality is what I received.
Adrian showed up on time and promptly began working. Determined the problem with our mini split system quickly and efficiently. Adrian also answered all of our questions and assisted us with signing up for their maintenance plan. We determined to install a newer system rather than sink money to fix current system.
