Everything was outstanding from start to finish with my minisplit install. Joel was knowledgeable, charming, no pressure and offered a very competitive price. Installers were knowledgeable and courteous and navigated through a tricky home layout. Communication from the staff was impeccable. I am so grateful for their service.

UPDATE: Shortly after posting this review, I received a personal phone call from the owner. He sincerely apologized for the entire experience and explained that they have been working through some challenges recently. He made things right with me about the water heater visit and even offered a great deal on the EV charger installation. Kevin did an excellent job performing an A/C tune-up and furnace tune-up at my rental property. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain his findings and recommendations clearly. The outdoor AC unit needed cleaning, and since I had the water turned off at the property, Kevin went above and beyond by obtaining permission from a neighbor to use their outdoor faucet so he could complete the work properly. I'm so grateful for the Best Owner Direct team! Kevin worked tirelessly to find a solution to fix our furnace when other HVAC companies told me it was irreparable and needed to be replaced. That money we saved meant we were able to invest in a heat pump and now are enjoying AC in our 100+ year old home for the first time! They came out quickly to see why my grandma's ac unit was no longer working. They were able to find that there is a leak. Quick to schedule an appointment to get that fixed. Will be using them moving forward. Friendly and knowledgeable.
