The best customer service around. Fast scheduling and right on time. Our service tech Danny was very knowledgeable and quick to diagnose the issue the first time and got the repairs scheduled fast. Once the part arrived he was back out as scheduled and got the repair done quickly. I'll be using them again in the future.
To me..Customer Service is priority one.B.O.D. won the day...easily. Our home had an older hvac system that was 20 plus yr.s old and was truly on its way out...In doing our due diligence,we definitely wanted a home town business and a close by business. We called around to a few local shops but only got messages. BOD actually answered the phones and came by the following day. We still had heat but the system was acting up. After 9 months our new heat pump system registered a voltage problem and stopped operating. I called Best Owner in the morning and they asked me to give them a couple of hours to arrange a service call and then told me Freddy would be coming at 11:00 a.m. Freddy showed up at 11:00 on the dot, ran some quick diagnostics on the heat pump and the air exchanger, and asked if there was a separate damper in the kitchen on the other side of the wall. Problem was my heating. I was referred by my friend to this company. They are very prompt, did a fast scheduling on the service and friendly. The appointment was late in the afternoon so, Freddy the technician diagnosed what’s wrong fast, got the repairs scheduled and did a great job explaining well what the problem was. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
Adrian showed up on time and promptly began working. Determined the problem with our mini split system quickly and efficiently. Adrian also answered all of our questions and assisted us with signing up for their maintenance plan. We determined to install a newer system rather than sink money to fix current system.
