Unprofessional, rude and 0 patient care. Horrible office! From front desk staff to Dr. Ted Du himself, shocking this place operates this way legally. Dr. Du is extremely rude, aggressive, disrespectful and rushed the whole appointment, all he cares about is charging your insurance right away. His behavior towards a patient was shocking. He did not take the time to check my eyes correctly or even ask why I came in.
