Regretted coming here today. Everything felt rushed - eye exam and being evaluated by Dr. Du. Optical shop like Cohens do more intensive and thorough eye exam. Also, I tried to have Dr. Du fill out my NYSNA form that he needs to sign cause that form needs the Examiner’s signature and diagnosis so I can avail of my $ 200 optical benefits from NYSNA for eyeglasses - not for any accident or work injury but he refused to fill out and sign.
