We disclose all cost to customer and get/give signed satisfactory invoice upon completion of work. We keep a staffed office to answer any questions before, during and after any projects. They knew exactly what to do, and when they found more problems than I had originally thought, they let me know immediately so I could determine what to do. I'd hire them again.

Customer service was 2nd to none! Tony (If I remember correctly) replaced a valve on my sprinkler system and gave me several great tips on the small fixes they couldn't replace. He had a wealth of knowledge and completed the job very quickly, would definitely recommend him! Only thing was they showed up, about 20 min late but no big deal as they made up for it in service! Thank you!
