They are not honest. I asked for estimate of the job. After the job was partly completed, they charged me more for the job because they stated that the estimate included labor only and not parts. Who does that !!

I believe this was miscommunication and misunderstanding. Looking at your request you wanted heads moved and it was 4 or 5. " I need to relocate and adjust few sprinkler heads" The estimate was over the phone sight unseen and the reasons why it was higher than the estimate was due to the approval you gave to replace 11 bad rotors. With moving heads we would not of used parts. With replacing the rotors that is where parts cost comes in. This was an unfortunate result for both of us.
