Probably the worst Home Inspector in Alabama. He flashes around his credentials like he is something special, but after our home inspection FROM HIM. We had huge plumbing issues along with soffit and gutter repairs. Several weeks after our inspection. I went into the attic to check some things out and noticed rotting wood in PLAIN sight from the top of the stair in the attic.
