I’ll be completely honest, I see all the reviews are good, but I’m unsure if any of these people have had to work with the supervisor we have. She’s rude, she gives me the feeling that she does not like her Spanish speaking clients. My grandmother uses the service and I had to basically do the whole training process for the new home care aid because they have no Spanish-speaking person in this company.
